Hi, my client is unable to connect their credit cards on the QBO bank feed. It seems like it's an error from QBO. The credit cards don't appear as an option.

Can you tell me if you get the same results if you try in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
