Hi,there is a discrepancy because one transaction changed after it was reconciled. how to fix this problem

Welcome to the Community. Being able to reconcile your accounts is essential to ensure that your banking transactions are correctly recorded in your books. QuickBooks Online is a great program that offers the ability to reconcile your accounts in order to keep your books balanced. In QuickBooks Online, you can enter an adjusting entry for a reconciliation for small amount in QuickBooks Online. I encourage you to consult this article to enter the adjusting entry.

For a large discrepancy, I recommend consulting an accountant as they have the knowledge to point you in the right direction to correct the discrepancy to keep your books balanced. If you don't have an accountant, you can find one near you by clicking on My Accountant on the left navigation menu> and then Find a pro to help.
