HiLet me know is there any log created in quickbooks??In our system, one entry of bank A/c1123 dated 31.03.2021 has been changed. How do we know how & when it changed?

It's important that all your transactions be entered correctly for your books to e balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of transactions in your accounts so that you can see your company's financials. I can provide some information about transactions.

For all transactions that are categorized in your books, there is an audit history available showing the times the transaction was modified and by who did the modification. You can see it by locating the transaction, then clicking on it as if you wanted to edit it. In the More option in the bottom bar, then Audit history. A list of the modification times will be sown, and you can click on it to see more info.
