How can I combine two separate expense lines into one. They were separate transactions made for the same month by Etransfer for our property manager. Thx

The ability to combine two separate expense line isn't available in QuickBooks. I can see how this feature would benefit your experience while using QuickBooks and I encourage you to send feedback to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon > Feedback. In the meantime, you'll have to manually add the expense lines or as you've already been doing.
