How can I deal with reconciliation discrepancy auto adjustment in the following reconciliation month?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to reconcile your accounts seamlessly in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

When there's a discrepancy during the reconciliation process, it's best to make any necessary corrections before continuing to reconcile.  The probable causes for the discrepancy can be due to duplicate entries, items that have been edited, an incorrect beginning balance, or transactions that have been deleted from your books.  The best course of action is to un-reconcile your account back to the reconciliation that was balanced, locate the cause of the discrepancy, make the necessary changes, and then proceed to reconcile in sequence.  An Accountant will have the ability to undo a reconciled account.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.  For your reference, here's a helpful guide to assist with fixing issues at the end of a reconciliation in QuickBooks Online.
