Question

How can I reconcile the banks? All transactions are being downloaded automatically (all connected) but the Reconcile says to Connect the account I want to reconcile.

All accounts are connected. Just updated them. I used to be able to do it, but it's been a while since I've reconciled and now do not have the option to download the statements, only to connect what's already connected

Welcome to Community!  Having your bank statements automatically uploaded in QuickBooks Online makes reconciling a breeze.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

The bank statement feature is available for QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, Advanced, and Accountant.  If you are currently subscribed to one of these products, without the statement option when reconciling your account, your bank may not support the statement option at this time.   To see which banks support this feature, click here.  If your bank is on the list, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance.  In addition, I recommend trying other browsers such as Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private/incognito window.
