Question

How can I redo the bank feed?

I selected a wrong date when import the bank transactions by bank feed. For example,  the bank transactions data start from Mar 2022, actually I need the bank transaction data start from Jan 2022. How can I deleted all imported data in " For review" and "Excluded" tab without affect any accounts or financial reports in QBO, then redo the bank feed?

Thanks

It's great to have you here in the QuickBooks Community, @JANECCC1.

I'm here to help you resolve the incorrect entries in QuickBooks.

While the data we receive depends on what the linked bank account send us, you can easily remove unwanted or incorrect bank entries in the program. If they are already added the transaction in the register, you can undo it to start from scratch. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Click the Banking tab.
  3. Choose tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
  4. Select the Categorized tab.
  5. Find the transaction you want to delete.
  6. Press Undo from the pop up bar.

You will need to review the entries one-by-one then exclude them manually. Here's how:

  1. Go to the For Review tab.
  2. Mark the box next to each transactions you want to exclude.
  3. Select Exclude from the pop-up at the top.

Excluded transactions are then moved to the Excluded tab, and won’t be added to QuickBooks or be downloaded again. To permanently delete bank entries, put a check mark on them, then press Delete.
