How can we pay vendors directly from QB's linked to our bank account?

Welcome to Community!  I can understand the benefit of being able to pay your bills within your QuickBooks Online account.  However, at this time, there isn't an option for making direct payments.  Although you can record the transaction, so your books remain aligned with your bank.  I would be glad to help!

To pay a supplier you'll create an expense and enter the payment method as an e-transfer.  Here's how;

1. Click on +New from the left menu and choose Expense

2. Enter the Payee, Payment Account, and Payment Date

3. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select E-transfer in the Payment Method field

4. Complete the remaining elements

5. Hit Save and Close

If you would like to have the ability to pay a supplier by E-transfer, I recommend sending a suggest to the Development Team, by going to your Settings ⚙ and select Feedback.  You can also review other options with third party apps.
