How do I configure a scheduled payment to come from a client's bank account instead of a credit card?

With our OLD payment processor our clients were able to provide their banking details so that we could debit their business accounts for their quarterly subscription fees. I have not been able to figure out how to do this via QB online. Can anyone help me with this question.

Having your client's payments process in a quick and secure manner is our goal and i'd like to go over more about our methods of receiving payments with you.

 

At this time the only way you can receive payments through QuickBooks Online directly would be from credit cards. This is to help allow speed and security for both parties involved. If you need to have it come from the client's bank account directly. I'd suggest looking through the Apps page at the bottom of the task bar to find a third party app that may better suit your needs. Our developers also like to know how you use QuickBooks Online and any suggestions on what to include. You can submit a product suggestion to them by clicking the gear and than feedback.
