HOW DO I DELETE DUPLICATE DEPOSITS

Hi brockheatingoffi,

 

Thank you for reaching out to Community.  Having your bank accounts linked with QuickBooks Online is a great way to save time and keep your books accurate.  When items are duplicated, we have you covered!  You can remove the duplications in just a few steps.  Here's how:

 

1. From the left menu hit Banking or Transactions

2. Open the Review tab

3. Click on the drop-down arrow to set a Date Filter to minimize your search

4. Check the box next to all duplicated transactions

5. Hit Exclude from the tab that will open up after you've made your selection

6. To permanently delete the items go to the Excluded tab, select all transactions by clicking on the top checkbox and then hit Delete
