How do I disconnect my bank account from my QBO account?

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online allows you to disconnect your accounts effortlessly.  I'd be glad to help!

Here's how to disconnect an account;

1. From the left menu, open Transactions and then Banking

2. Click on the tile for the bank account you want to disconnect

3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info

4. Hit the Disconnect this account on save checkbox

Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.

5. Select Save and Close.
