Hi bevbrogden,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, It's great to have you here! Being able to have all your transactions show up when reconciling your account is an imperative part of bookkeeping. I can help you with reconciling your expenses.

QuickBooks Online makes reconciling easy by letting you download your bank feeds directly to your account. If your expenses aren't showing up in your reconciliation there could be a few reasons for that. First would be the expenses were entered into a different account than the one you are currently reconciling. The other is that it was not matched with the original transaction or the expense was never entered into your QuickBooks Online account. In order to make sure your expenses are matched I recommend following the steps in this article.

Once the matches have been made you can continue with your account reconciliation. Should you run into further issues with the reconcile I suggest giving this article a look over as it goes over a ton of helpful information.

Have a great one!
