How do i find out if my mass email went?

Hello, chris72.

 

To identify if the email was sent successfully is currently unavailable in QuickBooks. As a workaround you can enter your own email on the Cc field when sending mass email. Receiving it to your email would be an indication that it was sent out successfully. 


I’ll also make sure to let our engineers know about this feature for future updates.
