How do I go about reconciling a Credit Card for a previous year with only the ending balance of Dec 31 and there is a discrepancy?

Okay here is a bit more background:

 

So this CC account has never been reconciled and I only have a statement for Dec 2020 to go on, which gives me the years ending balance great but not enough info to thoroughly reconcile as is gives a discrepancy.

Also taxes have already been filed for 2020 for this business.

 

Is there any way I can move on so I can start to properly reconcile 2021?
