How do I link AR Payments by Credit card to auto deposits into the bank by POS Merchants

Linking your AR payments to automatically deposit into your bank is a great way QuickBooks Online helps you save time. I'd be happy to help you get this set up.

In order for your the AR payments to show as deposited in your bank you'd need to first set up a bank rule for it to do so. To set up a bank rule you can follow the steps in this article. Once the rules are set up properly it can automatically create a deposit entry in your QuickBooks to track it. You can also look into a third party app as well if you'd rather go that route. You can access our third party apps page by going to Apps on the left hand menu and then browse for any that suit your needs.
