How do I unlink my bank account without losing transaction data?

I want to share some insights about disconnecting an online banking account in QuickBooks Self-employed.

When you delete or hide bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, your transactions are hidden as well. If you want to keep the transactions, you can import them manually through a CSV file. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Imports.
   
2. For accounts that are not yet connected for online banking, tap the import transactions link at the bottom.
   
3. Press Browse to find the CSV file of the bank entries.
   
4. After this, all the transactions will be listed at the bottom. Make sure to map the data correctly.
5. Hit Continue then Done.
