How do you see all the columns you need, when reconciling an account, ? Amount of deposits and the amount of the payments, to be able to reconcile

There is no bar to move the page over.
Very annoying

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Making sure you're able to see the information needed in your account is important. I would be happy to provide some guidance here. 

 

There can be a few reasons as to why you're unable to see the scroll bar. The first being in relation to the screen resolution set on your computer. I suggest reviewing your system settings. In addition, browsing data on your system can prevent the software from working as designed. I recommend clearing cache and cookies. This will help resolve issues that are caused by browsing data. If you're still unable to view the scroll bar at the bottom of the page, click on the three lines to remove the sidebar, then select the small gear above the balance column and remove columns, as you feel necessary. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
