How long should it take to have bank feeds restored? My bank feeds from Scotiabank have not been working since July 05th

Hello kelly71,

 

It's important that your bank feeds are updating so you can manage your transactions and run reports in QB Online. There's currently a known issue with connecting your Scoitabank account to QuickBooks. Rest assured, our engineers are working diligently to get you back on track ASAP. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your transactions so you don't get behind on your work. You can import your transactions using .CSV files and here's a great article which shows you how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
