Question

How to mark transactions as an expense and bank deposit as an available funds? Because now it shows I am in profit while I didn’t make any sales yet.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're transactions are recorded accurately in QuickBooks Online, to ensure your accounts are balanced.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you've already recorded the expense in QuickBooks, you can edit it.  However, if you've billed a customer for an expense, making changes will impact the customer invoice.  Here's a helpful guide to assist you with managing your expenses.  However, if the issue is related to a bank deposit, I feel you would benefit from contacting us outside of Community.  This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you personally, and ensure your transactions are aligned as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
