How to resize Action Column width? In the banking section, under only the reviewed tab, the width of the Action column has increased to be too large.

Hi there,

QuickBooks Online keeps you organized and up-to-date with your data entry with the help of the bank feed. It's awesome to hear that you're taking advantage of this awesome time-saving tool by syncing your bank account to QBO. I'd be happy to explain how to adjust the width of the Action column on the For Review section of the Banking page.

To adjust the column margins, simply hover your mouse over the dividing lines between columns. You'll see your cursor turn into a grabbing tool, and then you can simply click and drag to adjust column width.

That's all there is to it! If you're in need of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our tech support team.

Cheers.

Thanks for reaching back out, MCCM. I just ran a quick test on my end, and I was able to use the click and drag method on the Action column without any issues.

Perhaps there's a bug in your browser making this tricky. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser to remove any stored Internet files. These stored files can cause bugs in QBO and other sites. Here's how to clear them: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in Private. You should also try using multiple different browsers.

If you're still running into issues, I'd recommend touching base with our tech support team so an agent can take a closer look at what may be happening.

Cheers!
