Hello,

Reconciliation is an essential part of running your small business. This is the best way to ensure nothing is missing from your books. I'll explain how simple it is to undo your previously completed reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

I know how important it is to make sure your reconciliations are done properly. If you have to undo your reconciliation, I'd encourage you to reach out to an accountant. ProAdvisor accountants have the option to undo your reconciliation in the click of a button. If you're not already connected to an accountant, you can search for one in your area here: Find an accountant.

If you're not connected to an accountant and you'd like to undo the reconciliation yourself, you'll have to manually edit the status of each transaction by following the steps listed here:  Undo and remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions, please reach out ot our tech support team

Cheers.

Good morning, @natte. If you're using QBOA, the option to undo a reconciliation should show up. But no worries, I'll help figure out why you're not seeing the option on your end. To get started, could I have you clear cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies.

Give this a try and if you're still having issues, I recommend contacting our support team using this link.
