I accidently created a rule for bank deposits that I put the account as "sales of product income" Is there a way to erase multiple bank deposits?I

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Setting up Bank Rules in QuickBooks Online is a dynamic way to categorize your transactions effortlessly. Each bank rule allows you to select the option to 'Automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to'.  When a rule is being applied to the wrong account, you can edit the bank rule to ensure accuracy moving forward.  However, when you wish to delete the deposits, caution must be taken.  I would be glad to provide more information, so you're on the right track with your banking goals!

 

It's important to note that deleting transactions can have a negative impact on other areas of your books.  For this reason, I suggest speaking with an accounting professional for their expertise and best course of action.  When you invite an accountant to your books, they can Reclassify the transactions for you, and ensure a positive outcome.
