Hi there,

Reconciliation is an important part of running a small business. I know how essential it is to account for each and every one of your transactions so that your reconciliation matches your bank account. I'll help shed some light on what may be happening with your missing expenses.

First, I recommend reviewing the information in this article: Reconcile accounts. This article explains how reconciliation works in QuickBooks Online, and how to go about reconciling your accounts.

Another great resource is found here: Fix issues when you're reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online. This article goes through all the steps necessary in order to enter transactions that aren't in QuickBooks, and also how to fix transactions that aren't in your bank statement.

If you're still unsure how to match your QuickBooks data with your bank statement, please reach out to our tech support team for further assistance.

I hope this helps get you back on track.

Have a great day.
