I am having trouble connecting and linking new bank accounts (BMO)

i have tried several different browsers.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to connect your BMO account with QuickBooks Online, so your books remain accurate and up-to-date.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

BMO has recently switched to OAuth to improve banking for QuickBooks Online customers, for which you'll need to update your connection. Here's a detailed guide, for your reference about the new OAuth changes; https://bit.ly/3Xfo02D.  

 

Follow these steps to disconnect the account;

1. From the left menu, open Banking 

2. Select the blue tile for the BMO account, click on the pencil icon, then Edit account info

3. Select Disconnect this account on save 

4. Hit Save and Close.
