Question

I am making entries in my bank account. They do not appear unless I refresh the page... this is new... is there a way to change this?

Hi @renebuttar,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quickbooks community and I would like to apologize on behalf of Quickbooks Online on this issue. 

 

Can you verify if you are receiving any error messages when you've done the refresh process?

 

Also please try these troubleshooting steps listed below;

 

Try to open QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser to see if you're able to update your bank feeds. If it works, go back to your main browser and clear its cache. This completely removes browsing history. I also recommend using other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome.

  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
