I am trying to reconcile an account and not all of the transactions that are in the general ledger are pulling through to the reconciliation screen how do I fix this?

I'm happy to see you're actively reconciling your accounts. QuickBooks Online features a simple workflow to bring ease and convenience into this crucial task. The system automatically displays all non-reconciled transactions up to a certain date, so you can be confident you'll always have the transactions you need. There are a few things that could cause transactions not to be listed, and I'm confident we'll be able to get to the bottom of this. 

The two primary reasons for transactions not appearing when reconciling are the date filters, or they've already been reconciled. If they've already been reconciled, you'll see them listed with an R in the bank register (you can access this from Accounting > Chart of Accounts > Account history). Reconciled transactions will already be included in your beginning balance. If these haven't been marked as reconciled, click the X Statement ending date to remove the default date filter. This is set to filter out transactions after the ending date you've entered so you can concentrate on relevant transactions.
