I cannot see where to select row/items for reconciling, as if part of my screen was cut off.

Hi there, 

 

Reconciliation is an important step in your business bookkeeping. This process is made so simple in QuickBooks Online, especially if you're utilizing the bank feed. I'd be happy to explain the next steps you can take in order to make sure you can complete your reconciliation.

 

When you're working with a smaller screen, QuickBooks Online will generate a horizontal slide-bar at the bottom of the reconcile screen that will allow you to scroll to the right-hand side and select your items for your reconciliation. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the transaction list to view the slide-bar. 

 

If you're not seeing this bar appearing at the bottom of the screen, try clearing your cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up and cause bugs in QuickBooks Online and other sites. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?


You can also try using Incognito mode, by following the steps here: Browse in Private. This is a private browser that runs independently from the rest of the browser windows. You can also try using a different browser all together.
