Good morning pleites,

I hope you had an awesome weekend! Intuit brings your transactions on a nightly basis so if this was a recent transfer I would allow some time for it to populate.

If it's an older transfer transaction, we will want to start from the account the funds came out of, ensure it was assigned as a transfer to the correct account, then we will select the account the money was deposited into and accept the match from the original transfer.

I hope for whatever reason it was a connection issue, we can manually upload the singular transaction through CSV into the account it originated from, then create the transfer. You don't have to download from the bank for this one, you can just open excel and create the CSV file to upload into your banking tab since it's just a singular transaction.

Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks

I hope this information helps!

Kindest Regards,
