I have a bank account linked to my bank. I receive automatically Bank Transactions, but I don't receive the bank statement. I am missing the manual link. Can you help?

Welcome to Community!  Having your bank statements automatically uploaded in QuickBooks Online makes reconciling a breeze.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

The bank statement feature is only available for QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, Advanced, and Accountant.  If you aren't currently subscribed to one of these products, you'll need to upgrade your subscription.  However, it's also possible that your bank may not support the statement option.  To see which banks support this feature, click here.
