Hi wecare-fatehcare,

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks is a powerful program for ensuring your daily bookkeeping goals are successfully met.  Reconciling your accounts can be done seamlessly after adding, matching and categorizing your transactions accordingly.  I'll be happy to provide more information to assist you with the reconciliation process!

Your reconciled accounts should always be accurate with your monthly statements.  It's important to ensure the beginning and ending balances are aligned.  The balance should always be zero after a successful reconciliation.  In situations such as this, it's best to un-reconcile the account and complete the process again, confirming each transaction with your statement along with the date range.  Only an accountant will be able to perform this for you.  If you don't have an accountant we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your area.

For your reference, here's a helpful article on how to Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Please reach back out with any other questions.  We'd love to help!
