Hi there,

Thanks for sticking with us! It's exciting to hear you've migrated to QuickBooks Online. Comparing your books to ensure all converted data matches those from your previous software is essential. This helps confirm that your balance is right and gives you a peace of mind to start using your QuickBooks Online account. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

After migrating to QuickBooks Online, there're few things to do to make sure your books are accurate. In terms of accounts receivable, accounts payable, income statement and balance sheet, compare the below reports in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

  • Balance Sheet Report
  • Trial Balance – All Dates
  • Customer Balance Summary – All Dates
  • Supplier Balance Summary – All Dates
  • Sales Tax Summary Report for the most recent period
  • Any other reports you’d like to check

To review other tasks to perform after you migrate, check out this article: Migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

In case you need assistance on how to run reports in QuickBooks Online, here's a useful article: Run reports

I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out any time.
