I linked my QB account to my business bank account. I have categorized all the sales transactions that I have received but they don’t appear in the customer page.

one possible cause for not being able to see transactions entered via the banking tab in the sales tab would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate a nad cause errors like missing information from the display in any cloud-based program like QuickBooks Online.
