Question

I'm just doing GST and with their recent update, with the banking, I now have 2 of the same bank account. I had named it originally, now it shows up with the bank number.

Now, when I'm trying to reconsile, it's all screwed up...please help

Thanks for reaching out here.  I can see how concerning duplicate accounts in QuickBooks Online can be.  In this situation, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team will be able to work with you personally, and ensure you're able to reconcile your account without delay!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
