I mistakenly registered my QuickBook account with a different e-mail address. I want to change to another address. How can I do it?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program with the features you need to accomplish your daily bookkeeping goals effortlessly.  It's important that you're able to manage your account and login information, so you can access your account from anywhere at any time.  I'd be glad to help!

Here's how to edit your login credentials;

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online Account

2. Click on your Profile icon in the top right

3. Select Manage your Intuit Account

4. Open Sign in & security

5. Select your email address and make the necessary changes

6. Hit Save

Note; We recommend that your User ID and Email address match, to ensure access to your account without error.
