Hi jvan24,

It's great to see that you're looking to get more acquainted with your QuickBooks Online features. The program has a vast set of reports that can help you keep an eye on your monthly income. These reports can be customized to pull all of the information you're looking for. I can help you find the right report to review those transactions.

To review the transactions for the monthly income, you can pull a Profit and Loss Report. This report will show a summary of the totals of your revenue accounts. If you're looking for all the income transactions, you'll want to use the Profit and Loss Detailed Report. Within these reports you can customize the dates to get the time period you're looking for.

Just follow these easy steps to get your customized report:

  1. From the left navigation menu, Click on Reports.
  2. Scroll down to the Business Overview section.
  3. Here you'll find the different Profit and Loss Reports. Choose the report that best fits with the information you're trying to view.
  4. You can now change the dates in the Reporting Period to fit the time period you want to review.
  5. Click the Create Report button.

If you wish to learn more about customizing reports here's a product tutorial.
