I would like to delete my account it's not what I was looking for. Do you know how to do it ?

Thanks for giving QuickBooks Online a try for your business. Having the right fit for your books is essential for a smooth workflow and taking care of your financials, and it's important to me that you have that, even if it means you won't use QuickBooks. I can help you take care of cancelling the account.

 

When you have a QuickBooks Online subscription that you no longer need, you can cancel it to make sure the account is inactive and you don't receive any further charges. I'd like to point you to our Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription article, which goes over how you can cancel your account if you're paying Intuit directly or if you originally subscribed through an app store.

 

Once you've clicked to cancel, the account will stay active until the end of your billing period, then go inactive after that. Our system hangs on to your data for 12 months from when the account went inactive, then purges it completely from our system. So, there isn't a way for you to delete the account completely right off the bat, but it'll happen eventually.
