I would like to removed my personal bank accounts on quick books and replace with my business bank account.

Welcome to Community.  We're glad to see you here!  Having your bank accounts linked is beneficial for tracking your finances and keeping your books up to date.  QuickBooks Online has many benefits, including but not limited to, how you record, match and reconcile your accounts.  I'd be happy to help you disconnect your personal accounts and link your business accounts with ease.

 

To Disconnect an Account:

1.Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu

2.Click on the tile for the Bank Account you want to disconnect.

3.Select the pencil ✎ icon and then click on Edit Account Info.

4.Checkbox Disconnect this Account on Save

5.Save and Close.

 

When you're ready to Connect your Business Accounts, follow these steps:

1. In the Banking tab, click on Link Account and search for your Bank.

2. Select Continue. Enter the Username and Password that you'd use when logging into Online Banking

3. Follow the onscreen steps to connect. This may take a few minutes to connect

4. Click on the Bank or Credit Card Accounts you want to connect. 

5. For each account you connect, select the matching account type from the dropdowns.

6. You'll have the option to select a Starting Date before downloading the transactions.  

7. Connect.
