Importing CSV file

Good morning I am apparently on QBO CA. I can't import from a CSV file and I have read the literature provided by QBO. I'm using dd/mm/yyyy format. I get this (see error message file) I don't know what is wrong. Hope you can help.

Welcome to the Community. Being able to import your csv file is essential to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online is a flexible program that simplifies the way you manage your books. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to import your csv file.

I'd encourage you to reach out to our customer support team so that we can have a closer look at importing the csv file into your account. Here are the options for contacting our team. 

 

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > choose Contact Us > provide a brief summary > select Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
  • Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram. Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET
