When I imported transactions from my TD online banking all the dates were wrong.  Is there a way to reverse and import an how do I fix how it reads the dates from the bank?

Hello,

It's essential that you can import your bank transactions to reflect the proper date. This will be necessary when it comes time to reconcile. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for help with this.

Thank you but that link does not seem to work.  Could you give me the email address?

Thanks!

Hi DarTierney,

The link I sent you works on my end. It's actually an online form that's fed through to the Self-Employed team, so there's no specified email address.

Here's the link again (I copied it from a different browser): https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_CA/contact. Try clearing your cache and cookies before opening it. Here's how to do that: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-Internet-files/m-p/262397

If you're still having issues opening the link, you can use the general QuickBooks Contact page, and select "Self-Employed". Here's where you'll find it: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_CA/contact

Let me know if that works for you.

Cheers!
