Question

In QBO Canada, dashboard/current cash balance only shows our primary CAD account balance. It does not add/summarize with other (USD) account. Is there a way to summarize?

Having your financial information show up at a glance is a great way to save time when wanting to see how your business is doing. I'd be happy to help go over the dashboard in QuickBooks Online.

 

Currently the dashboard is set up to only work with your home currency accounts. So if your home currency is CAD it'll only show CAD in there. If you wish to have USD accounts show up in the dashboard I recommend sending feedback to our development team by following these steps:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once they receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
