Is there a way to switch the zip code to postal code when receiving payments

Welcome to Community!  To ensure you're able to proceed with QuickBooks Online Payments as soon as possible, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.   They will be able to verify your account, and assist you with making the necessary corrections from their end.
