Its been 2 weeks and my banking still won't update. I bank with scotiabank I'm looking for any fixes for this problem.

Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is the best way to save time and effort with your bookkeeping. The bank feed is extremely helpful when it comes time to reconcile, and it helps ensure you're not missing any transactions. I'd be happy to shed some light on what's happening with QBO and Scotiabank. 

 

Our engineers have been made aware of an issue with QBO and Scotiabank, and we've got all hands on deck to get things back on track. I know how important it is to restore this connection, and I'm confident our engineers will have this sorted out very soon. 

 

I recommend manually importing your bank transactions using a CSV file in the meantime, so you don't miss out on your reconciliations. Here's more information about the process and how it works: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
