I'm here to help with making sure you have the guidance you're looking for when working with QuickBooks Online and your duplicate entries. There are a number of ways you can ask questions about the tasks you're completing in the program, including right here in the QuickBooks Community forum. I know that sometimes speaking on the phone may be easier however, and I'd be happy to show you how to get in touch.

 

When you want to speak with a member of our support team one-on-one, you can reach out by chat or social media or schedule a callback with our phone team. I'll outline each of these options below so that you can choose the one that you prefer and have note of the other options just in case.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
