Matching Transactions downloaded

For some reason now when I download bank transactions in quickbooks format, they are imported into my quickbooks fine, but don't have the cheque number information downloaded and hence it does not and I can not match the transactions with those entered in quickbooks. It used to work fine, but now .... no cheque number on the imported transaction.

 

Any help is appreciated.

It's great to hear that you're using the bank feed feature with your QuickBooks Desktop company file. It can definitely help with cutting down on your workload by allowing you to easily add transactions or match them to existing ones in the program.

 

There have been reports of the issue you're reporting where the cheque numbers aren't showing up in the bank feed and making it impossible to match them.
