My bank account number is updating but it is not pulling any of the daily transactions over. No visa, m/c, interact daily deposits? Missing a weeks worth of information.

The Bank Feed is a great way to keep track of all your business finances. By syncing to your online banking, you can ensure you aren't missing any transactions when it comes time to reconcile your books. 

If your bank account isn't updating, and you're not seeing your daily transactions, there's a few steps you can try to manually update the accounts. First, try clicking the Update button to the right-hand side of your Banking page. This will trigger an update, hopefully pulling in your missing transactions. 

If you're not seeing a difference after clicking Update, try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These are the stored Internet files that build up after hours surfing the web, and they can cause bugs in websites like QuickBooks Online. If you're still experiencing an issue, try a different browser, or try Incognito mode. Incognito mode is a private window that runs independently from your typical web browser. It often helps resolve issues on sites like QuickBooks Online. Here's how it works: Browse in private.

I'm having the same issue. 

RBC Bank account balance updates but won't pull in any transactions. Talked to support with no response yet and I've cleared my web history/cache, tried a different browser and the app. nothing works.
