Question

My bank is connected to QB but it hasn’t shown any new transaction to review for 10 days. It updates my total so I see correct amount. What is wrong?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  The QuickBooks Online Development Team is aware of the issue you're experiencing.  They're working diligently to resolve this situation as soon as possible.  If you would like to be notified when the issue has been resolved, please contact our Customer Care team outside of Community.  In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions to ensure your account remains accurate and up to date. 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
