Question

My credit card expired so my account got suspended. I updated my account with my new credit card and the payment went through. But I still can’t access my account

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to access your QuickBooks Online account without delay.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This will improve system performance and loading times.   I also recommend trying other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or a private/incognito window to see if you experience the same result.  In addition, it's important to ensure you're signing in with the correct email address and password associated with the account.  If you need to reset your password click here.
