My deposits are on hold and its hows that see your email for next stepbut i have nit received any mail

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you receive customer payments in a timely fashion.  When a customer payment is placed on hold in QuickBooks Online Payments, it can be due to a couple of underlying factors.  I'd be happy to provide more information here!

 

If payments are taking longer to receive than expected, it's important to note that if you're new to QuickBooks Online Payments, your first deposit can take a little longer while your merchant account is set up.  Funds are typically deposited within five business days after your first payment has been received, then usually within two business days thereafter.  If funds are unexpectedly held, an email will be sent to the Principal Officer listed on the bank account, with information and instructions for what needs to be done.  In addition, it's important to ensure the bank account associated with your QuickBooks Online Payments is accurate, so your funds can be successfully deposited without delay.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference, if you need to change or edit your payments account.
