Need to change pay date to match date of bank transaction on DD. QBO is off by one day.

QuickBooks Online gives you the flexibility of selecting your preferred pay method for your employees and I see you chose the direct deposit method which is a great choice. The bank transaction might be showing a different date because the funds are usually withdrawn the day before the settlement date.

 

To change the pay date on a direct deposit payroll, you'll need to contact our support team outside the community forum. Our technical support agent will be able to look into your QuickBooks Online account securely and point you in the right direction to change the pay date on the payroll.
