No options for changing bank feed modes

Hi there,

 

I'd like to change the mode for my bank feeds, but when I go to Preferences, Chequing, and then Company Preferences, I don't see any options to change the bank feed mode.  Anyone know what's up with this? This is what I see instead.  If anyone can help, I'd sure appreciate it.

    Thanks for reaching out with your question in the QuickBooks Community. QuickBooks Desktop offers many features for individualizing your account. Being able to change the bank feed mode is only available in the US product. You can review the features and tasks available in the charts in this link: Features available and tasks you can perform in single or multi-user mode. If you'd like to see the option considered for future updates, I invite you to provide feedback.

    1.  Go to Help.
    2. Select Send Feedback Online.
    3. Click Product Suggestion.
    4. Fill in the details of your ideas, and click Send Feedback.
